Summer’s Coming…
Well, it’s Memorial Day weekend – the unofficial start to summer! And for many of us, summer means warmer or just downright hot temperatures! That makes summer the perfect time to install a MacroAir HVLS fan. The cool, gentle breeze created by our fans effectively move stale air and breaks up the moisture-saturated boundary layer surrounding the body, accelerating evaporation and producing a cooling effect.

MacroAir Sponsors CEU
MacroAir recently sponsored a CEU, or continuing education unit, through McGraw-Hill for architects needing to renew their licensing. The credit is being offered to any architect who successfully takes a test after reading an article entitled, “HVAC for Large Spaces: The Sustainable Benefits of HVLS (High Volume/Low Speed) Fans.” The article was originally published in the December 2009 issue of Architectural Record and the test was created to meet the requirements of the CEU.
