So I’ve spent a lot of time telling you about how great our employees are here at MacroAir. But instead of just telling you, I’d like to introduce you to some of these outstanding people! So, occasionally I will be featuring one of our employees in this blog. I’ve asked those that are willing to answer a few questions and share a few things about themselves. I hope that you’ll enjoy the opportunity to get to know the faces around the MacroAir offices.
Just in case you haven’t noticed, I’m very proud of our products! As a company, we strive to offer this innovative HVLS technology coupled with a design that results in an exceptionally crafted fan that is easily installed and maintained. Additionally, we ensure that our fans meet proper safety standards and code compliances. I’d like to explain to you how our fans, specifically our Airvolution and MaxAir product lines, address these three key issues: safety, simplified installation and long service life.
So I read an article that brought a smile to my face this morning. This article began with the sentence, “It’s warm, it’s bright, it’s all around us – and most of us think we should use more of it.” The article then goes on to say that Americans generally think that we should be exploring the use of solar power, making the suggestion that solar energy should even be made a national priority!
Heather Romo, a Sales Administrator here at MacroAir Technologies, has a daughter who plays on a U12 soccer team and this year we’ve had the privilege of sponsoring the Mint Chicks. Heather recently gave me a recap of the team’s playoff games, which were played in December. I was inspired by the heart and tenacity with which these young girls played and thought I’d share with you a synopsis of the playoffs.
See…I Told You So!
In my recent holiday blog entry, I told you how much I look forward to celebrating our wonderful MacroAir employees at our annual Christmas party. I feel truly blessed to have such a wonderful group of people working for MacroAir. And, not that I needed it, but I recently received affirmation that these wonderful people are more than just great employees…they truly are exceptional and giving people. Allow me to share with you a thank you that I received from Karen Cassidy, MacroAir Purchasing Manager:
We had a wonderful staff Christmas party yesterday and I wanted to take the opportunity to share it with you. Enjoy these pictures and Merry Christmas!
It’s officially the first day of winter as I write this and Christmas is only a few days away! I’m not entirely sure where the month of December has gone, but the MacroAir offices are buzzing with holiday preparations. I’m sure you can relate, as most everyone finds themselves in a flurry of activity, making some sort of last minute Christmas provisions this time of year.
If you watch or read any sort of national news, you’ve probably heard that it’s really really cold outside. I know that hardly sounds newsworthy…I mean, it is December after all! However, because of a widespread storm that dumped a significant amount of snow in much of the Midwest this week and coupled with what they are calling arctic temperatures, it seems this winter is already unseasonably cold. And even here in California, below-average temperatures and rain have left many of us warm-blooded Californians more than chilled, as well!
Well it happens every year – this time where the nation collectively stops to give thanks for the blessings in our lives. Thanksgiving has always been a special time for me and I am humbled to be able to say that I really do have a lot to be grateful for!
